What approach would Arnold take towards bodybuilding in 2015?

in reality, they were closer to 19.5

he had tremendous insertions though, gave the illusion of size.

I doubt that when you put pictures of Arnold next to current pros who are shorter his arms are similar size and some of these guys have 22+ arms. He had 20 inch arms when he came to England from Munich to compete in the Mr Universe.

you may be surprised how often guys lie about their arm size.. even so, his arms appeared the same size maybe, but did they have the same thickness from font to back? a front-double bicep only shoes so much of the arm in terms of dimensions.

I used to have an arm blaster until it fell apart lol, was actually really good for isolation. Horrible pumps.

lol, supposedly it caused pain after frequent use due to keeping you locked into perfect form.

On another note, HGH was very much available in the 70's and 80's (80's more so). There was synthetic which became more widely available late 70's into today and then the other which was processed from pigs and ended up causing some deaths due to a swine disease being transferred.
