This is the stupidest myth I've ever heard. Gh is not peptides, and here food (or rather, post-eating sugar levels) has no effect on its effect. No matter at what time and how you provide it, it will work

I have always thought and from what I researched in the past that its best and more effective to inject GH when glucose levels are at its lowest....i.e.....first thing in the AM prior to food or any that may increase glucose.

Myth. GH gonna do what GH gonna do whether you eat around it or not.

It makes more sense to have nutrients present while it’s peaking in bloodstream IMO

You and a bunch of others and some I know. I messaged them as well but nothing...kinda odd honestly didn’t think things would go this way especially knowing others who have good reputation suggest him and figured I’d get some for the Christmas/new year sale he had and well here I am. I’m hoping it gets cleared up but don’t know where to start. I don’t wana start bashing anyone yet or writing anything on the forum. Maybe mail is slow?!
