Just a simple scramble, lean grassfed beef, three whole eggs, portabellas sautéed with bell pepper. And some Colby Jack on the bottom. That's right, put that shit on the BOTTOM so it stays all melty and shit. Don't say I never taught you anything. Feel awesome on keto, wish I never had to eat carbs

And green Tabasco. And Publix sweet and spicy mustard

Been on this for a couple of months slowly bulking

Meal 1 - 80c
2 whole eggs
180g egg whites
100g cream of wheat
15g iso


Meal 2 - 62c
130g chicken tenders
250g sweet potato
veg mix
8g olive oil


Meal 3 pre - 112c
2 light & fit greek yogurt
120g cream of rice


intra - 29c
scoop eaa
30g carb powder


Meal 4 post - 95c
100g cereal
50g iso
5g creatine


Meal 5 - 68c
130g chicken tenders
70g rice
veg mix
8g olive oil


Meal 6 - 90c
2 whole eggs
180g egg whites
veg mix
80g cream of wheat
100g blueberries
20g walnuts / almond butter
 
Quick sear on pork tenderloin, baste with mustard, in the oven at 400 for 20,uncover and 450 for 10

Keto breakfast - pretty simple, two whole eggs, sausage patty, black olives, handful of unsalted nuts and half a cup of blueberries

And this for later tonight, lean veal ground, probably will make spaghetti squash with taco veal ground and sour cream, peppers

I run the keto all week ( i think like you brother? ) sat / sun i reverse diet low fat carbs. sunday cheat meal. seems to be working i dont know how to post pics here but im like 10% bf 190lbs early 50's

Honestly am doing higher fat steak and eggs right now, no carbs at all, not even cottage cheese or berries :( But normally if just trying to maintain, I wouldn't call it keto, but 100-150g a day usually works pretty well for me. I haven't had any carbs since Five Guys however long ago (it's in this thread lol) but I'm getting to that weird point where I know my body runs at its best like this, but I'm also now really craving carbs and foods, in general. I've been putting off any refeeds or carb ups, instead seeing how long I can go without them.

I usually do COR pre / post WO and thats it. I will go a few days here and there with zero as well to mix things up Thanks brother for your input

I'll add soluble/insoluble fibre later today. Black lentils, chick peas, sweet potatoes ect....
