Have been exercising more consistently

I almost always have my eggs with green chili’s. I buy this big 32 ounce jug at Kroger that comes from hatch NM and they’re already roasted and chopped. The wife and I go through one of these jugs every 2-3 weeks

you sure you don't wanna add a LITTLE bit of soy sauce to that rice, toss it with the meat and vegetables and have yourself a nice healthy stir fry? and you'll get great pumps from the added sodium 😁

Meal one 6 oz roast beef little bit of gravy some carrots

Meal two 60 g can chicken 10 g mayonnaise 25 g fiber One cinnamon and apple bar

3 35 g protein from 20 eggs and a cup of egg whites, mixed with one pack of grits 20 g carbs

Headed to gym took a 7.5 IU slin shot, biceps triceps and forums

During this time 8:00 a.m. citrulline malate maybe 5 to 8 g of glycerine, 5 g of alanine, 10 g of l-glutamine fermented, 10 g eaas, 2 g taurine, 5 g creatine monohydrate, 25 karbolyn, 2 g l carnitine tartrate

Post training 70 g weigh isolate and hydrolyzed way mixed, bowl of cereal Rice Krispies mixed with cinnamon crunch two waffles with some date syrup on them so that's about 75 carbohydrates low fat as possible or very low fat

IIn between this time l-blutamine fermented

1/3 lb lean beef burger cup of egg whites, 30 g pita bread I made a hamburger put my hamburger in there with ketchup lower calorie ketchup little bit of mayonnaise some banana peppers. Some low-fat popcorn chips so all together about 60 carbohydrates and 60 g of protein maybe 10 g fat

Last meal of the day that was planned haha, 25 g Greek yogurt mixed with 25 g casein protein. Two whole eggs

Then sometime during the night I think closer to after I fell asleep I ate a little bit of cream cheese and crackers

I do cardio first thing everyday usually on 2 g l carnitine parts right for at least 15 to 30 minutes outside walking and or jogging now that the weather is real cold I got a bundle up two layers

Usually training is once a day if it's something light like back and abs lower back and abs then I'll do some cardio on top of that afterwards.
