On Sat I had about 200 protein, 50 fat and 600 carbs of which 400 was sweets, ice cream, chocolate and fudge... now that is where the magic happens

Nothing! And I feel great! I will be starting up on some AMG gear very soon, any day now, and logging it for them though. So ask me in a few days and it'll be different.
Not to side track the thread but I forgot how healthy I feel off of gear... And blood test came back perfect.
