Breakfast!
Ground turkey sweet-potato cubes, chilli pepper powder, black pepper, some salt, sauteed fresh onions and garlic in olive oil, worcestershire sauce topped with yellow american cheese

It's absolutely fantastic..

Sautee onions and garlic and olive oil in a skillet.. then add turkey meat and heat untill it's all brown, add some chili pepper powder, chopped bell peppers if you like, and any other spices of your liking..
Preheat the oven for 400..
Chop up sweet potatoes in little cubes, smaller the better, turn off the burner and add the sweet potatoes on top with any cheese of your liking..

Place in the oven for 25 minutes.. and wallah..

It's a killer breakfast..

PS don't forget the Worcestershire sauce! ;)
 
My fav breakfast is 80grsm oats topped with cinnamon 2 scoop of chocolate whey and handful of frozen blueberries. This is f..... Awesome. Mix it, heat in microwave and voila 😁
 
I just ate Eggs Purgatory. Thats essentially eggs fried on top of, and inside a red meat sauce.

Delicious. My lady also made some gnocchi from scratch as well.

Just 4 eggs fried in a red meat sauce on top of some gnocchi and Im fairly full and satisfied.
 
1 cup egg whites, 8oz of 94-6% grass fed beef. 1 cup spinach. Black coffee
 
Refeed day, but honestly keeping it fairly tame. Costco muffins (OK not so tame), some orange sherbert, and it's my day off, which meant... Costco, Trader Joe's and managers specials at Food Lion.

Picked up these essentials. Don't tell Dusty I'm telling his secrets.

And boneless pork loin for like a dollar a pound. Lean and delicious. That's just Himalayan pink salt and plenty of turmeric and adobo seasoning. In the air fryer it went.

blended salad/protein shake: kale, parsley, celery greens, cucumber, chia seeds (soaked) and pea protein powder

Salad: Mixed greens, bell pepper, Mediterranean garlic dressing

Egg dish: eggs, cauliflower rice, celery, ghee, coconut oil, and guacamole

Post workout. 2cups cocoa krispies, 1scoop whey isolate, 1cup skim milk, fat free Greek yogurt.
Next meal in 2hours 1/2 cup white rice, 6oz teriyaki chicken
 
Just finished yogurt grapes and nuts for breakfast.
