Man I just wanted to make a thread about how much vegetables have played an integral part of my cut this year. Not a super exciting thread but if you know how desperate you can get when your cals are under 2,300 and carbs are super low you can appreciate this a little more! 
My staples right now I keep in rotation and I even mix them together:
Chopped spinach frozen in a bag - just microwaved or skillet cooked (my favorite way to heat it up)
Fresh broccoli and Fresh cauliflower- steamed in the microwave with a lid on the the Tupperware
I was doing shredded lettuce iceberg and/or green leaf but it just wasnāt hitting the spot and it started to give me gas.
Chime in and let me hear what your favorite vegetables are when you options with food are limited!
