why in the hell would you buy canned carrots? Is fresh to hard to peel and cut? They last a month + in the fridge. Like most veg, quick steam or saute, salt and butter, done
Taste and convenience lol. Canned are soft, just dump on a plate. Fresh you'd have to cook...since they won't taste good anyway...rather not spend the time to be honest

You are special, your body is a temple, you are the qbkilla and worth the 5 minutes it takes to cook a carrot. You can buy the peeled baby carrots, ready to cook.
@biglizard225 forgot to mention this earlier. Not sure if you ever go on Reddit, but there is a sub there called "volumeeating" there are a lot of great low cal recipes / meals etc in order to maximize food volume for as few calories as possible. There can be some great options there too.
1. Love some good steamed broccoli.....can't stand it raw though.
2. Carrots.....like 'em cooked but will eat both ways especially with some hummus.
3. Sweet potato.....baked with cinnamon.....yum.
3. Cauliflower.....see #1.
4. Cabbage.....see #1.
5. Spaghetti squash.....use it everytime over traditional pasta.
6. Bell peppers.....prefer cooked/sautéed or raw with hummus.
7. Zucchini/Yellow squash/Butternut squash....love sautéed along side my grilled chicken or steak.
8. Brussel Sprouts......see#1...with proper seasoning otherwise they taste like A$$.
9. Onion.....never raw....sautéed with my steak.
10. Cucumbers.....in my salad or raw with hummus.
