I'd like to try some new convenient sauces for ground beef, and canned meat. Sometimes i don't always have time for prepped meals. I find myself getting canned tuna or chicken for fast convenience. Usually tough I'll brown up some ground beef to eat right then.

French's honey mustard.

Biblio Korean BBQ
Siracha
Soy Sauce
Kung Sesame Stir Fry Sauce

My own: soy sauce, PB2, siracha, red pepper, garlic powder, coconut oil

Bolthouse and Opa dressings for veggies and salad

All kinds of super hot salsa

Pickapepper Sauce

Idk why I forgot about honey mustard lol.
Thanks bud.
On ground beef to?

i have put it on ground beef with green beans , a LITTLE bit of Dale's marinade goes a long way too.

a little sesame oil and soy sauce is also good.

A1 doesn't have much in ot either and it goes pretty far

Trader joes indian and thai curry sauces are delicious

Depends on if you're limited in carbs/cals or not, but I'll assume you are for this post since there are unlimited answers otherwise. Salsa (some are very low carb). Walden Farms BBQ sauces. Cholula Hot or Chipotle sauce.

•Valentina Mexican hot sauce
•Herdez salsa verde
•Huy Fong Chilli paste
•Reduced sugar ketchup
•Lime juice

The only problem with higher calorie condiments are they taste so damn good and if your eating them all the time hell by the end of the day your could have an extra 700-900 calories just from condiments,

I forgot to ad anything with horseradish is great addition to red meats

505 has a decent green chili that tastes good in ground beef

Siracha
Tapatio
Cayenne pepper powder
Mustard
Low sodium soy sauce
Low sugar teriyaki sauce

Some great suggestions in here. Sometimes I will open the fridge and just start tbrowing stuff together. Sometimes not so good amd sometimes turns out great. I need to start writing them down so I remember how tp make them again when I come across a good batch.

I weigh my dressings otherwise i think you're sabotaging yourself and better off just eating more whole foods. Deep down you know you put too much on.

Heinz reduced sugar ketchup, Kirklands organic salsa, French's honey mustard, jalapeño mustard from Kroger. all 0-5 cal servings.

The game changer: G Hughes sugar free bbq - honey flavor. 10 cals serving 30g.

Salads: Bolthouse are the shit. Balsamic/mac nut oil is amazing together.

How's the sugar free bbq sauce compared to the standard sauces? I'm going to have to keep an eye out for that one next grocery trip.
