What are your favourite carb sources that you eat on a day to day basis. Many talk about the effects of diet like water retention, mood etc from having a good or bad diet, so curious to know what peoples carb sources are.
 
I definitely lack in the vitamin and mineral department most of them year. I typically don't eat fruit and vegetable until deep into a cut for more food volume.

The rest of the year it's
Calrose rice
Sourdough bread
Kids cereals
 
Cream of rice or cream of wheat if I want something heavier. Sometimes I add honey or maple syrup for extra carbs.
 
Depends if i am gaining, loosing or just trying to maintain weight. I shoot for the healthy end of the spectrum to get in more nutrition for better recover with things i digest well.
 
Bananna, strawberry, blackberry, rice cakes, occasionally oats.
 
Rice, COR, no sugar added cereals (my favorite), ezekiel bread, oatmeal, sweet potato, banana, blueberries
 
Oats, fruit,rice, cream of wheat, intra workout, honey, English muffins
