I know but it's 2021 (things change) and I'm curious what continues to be that select few "can't live without" supplements that you take everyday. Things that truly make a difference in both your quality of life and are reflected in your labs. I understand that many members here take upwards of 10-15 different supplements but I'm interested in just those that if you could ONLY take 3, which ones would they be?
