Primarily chicken, eggs and fish.
I only supplement natural foods during training session and post training. Then it's an amino blend

My protein sources are quite different than other people here.. I'm from Scandinavia.

- Quark (60g of protein from it daily)
- Milk (30-40g of protein from it daily)
- Yoghurt (30g of protein from it daily)

Those are easies ones. Of course I eat red meat, chicken, salmon and eggs too.

I suffer from Crohn's disease so my choices are somewhat limited (easily digested proteins only 90% of the time) but I live on;

White fish
Hake
Cod
Haddock
Wild salmon
Tuna
Chicken breast - organic / corn fed
Grass fed sirloin steak - twice per week if I can tolerate it

For digestion issues alone eggwhites and white fish reign supreme.. Red meat/egg combo before bed always
