I'm getting my semi-girlfriend to get some comprehensive blood work done. Primarily for some mood/depressive type symptoms which are recent in the last year or two probably. Also want to get some metabolic tests done as she has had an insanely hard time losing weight even with me and other coaches working with her.
She is only on birth control as far as medications go but has been on that for 5 years or so so nothing new there. Besides that she occasionally takes adderall for tests in nursing school which she is almost done with.
Right now I'm thinking...
Complete metabolic panel (blood counts, liver, kidneys, etc)
Hormone panel (estrogen and testosterone)
Thyroid - not entirely sure which ones to include here besides the basics, if any
Folate, B12, vitamin D
Lipid panel
Insulin sensitivity - A1C, blood glucose, etc
EBV - believe she had mono at one point
Any others or specific ones you guys would recommend?
