What bp med protocols are all you Professionalmuscle OG’s on these days?

My doc brought that up but I’ve also read it can lower LDL and improve insulin sensitivity, doc never mentioned those two and reading pubmed articles aren’t exactly my strong suit. Was hoping someone on here had some real life data.

I wasn't aware of Telmisartan possibly having a positive effect on LDL levels and improving insulin sensitivity. I primarily use it for BP and Kidney health, so there you go, potentially other positive benefits to using Telmisartan. I like it
