Has this particular formula resulted in any measurable reduction in your blood pressure or any other observations? Puritan's Pride is supposed to be a well know brand, however the clinical study used the Kyolic Garlic Knight referred to by Wakunaga of America.

Im thinking to start telmisartan only for the kidney protective qualities , what you think ?

Depends on many factors, age, race, comorbidity, individual drug response, etc. Best to talk to a cardiologist or a competent GP (if you can find one).

Haha I stopped all bp meds in May. I dropped a lot of weight by dieting hard the past 8 months. Every bp med I used did more bad than good. It’s better to just eat precontest year round, do cardio, and stay ripped.

Yes, there was absolutely no bp improvement!
The only drug that works on me is the beta blocker, bystolic/nebivolol. I got an online prescription for bystolic in the USA. USA doesn’t offer the generic yet. With my insurance they wanted $1,400/month. I told the pharmacy to go f$ck themselves, and decided I’m done with bp meds. I Can still get a 6 month supply of the generic for $60 at ADC in India, but I decided to just diet harder, drop weight, and train harder. I haven’t bothered checking my bp in months. Not interested! It turned into an obsession and did more harm than good. I’ll die when God tells me my work here is complete.

Cardiotone did nothing for my BP but definitely helped my prostate blood tests confirmed it. I went from 6.2 down to 3.4 on my PSA test?
Recently started on Losartan for high BP to early to share any results.

My doc brought that up but I’ve also read it can lower LDL and improve insulin sensitivity, doc never mentioned those two and reading pubmed articles aren’t exactly my strong suit. Was hoping someone on here had some real life data.

I use 40mg Telmisartan for "prevention" and it's also a metabolic healer.
I do also 90 to 120 mins of total cardio liss a week.

Kidney values always ok.
BP 120 60ish when not on Tren.
BP 140 70ish when on Tren.

Those BP # sound like mine on and off Tren. Good to hear about other possible benefits of Telmisartan. I only use BP meds if necessary while on gear and Telmisartan and Cialis are my primary go 2's for reasons already stated
