Facial flushing is a known side effect of CCBs like Amlodipine. However, it is quite rare, especially in males (~2 in 100).
I am a TRT only guy, but still had high bp in the 150/94 range. I got on Lisinopril at 20 mg and that lowered it to 138/88ish. Now I am on 40 mg of Lisinopril during the day at 10 mg Bystolic at night. I generally check in at 120's/60's on a consistent basis morning and night.
Also Cialis 10mg every other day. And Citrulline/Arginine every morning and night. Love that Cialis....wife complains about it though LOL....
How much citrulline you using? I think it's a wonderful supplement
Yea buddy supplements was not quite cutting it for me, 5mg amlodipine and 100mg of time released metoprolol a day did the job. 3 years now been on it. Get a year supply at a time from our guys here clearsky.
Yes sir sometimes i wonder if i had never started using gear on a regular basis if my blood pressure would have stayed at a healthy level lol. But then again i know lots of people never used and are on meds, as we age.My dr has me on this same regimen.
I’ll have to look into the correlation between BP meds and injuries. I too have been plagued with successive minor injuries. However I chalked it up to being age, and abuse related. Interesting.
What? Cialis lowers blood pressure.I wonder how much you might lower your blood pressure if you didn’t take cialis?
What? Cialis lowers blood pressure.
Also I take about 10-12g citrulline malate per day..usually adding 6g to my pre workout which has 6g.

There has been a lot of debate over the years whether kyolic cardiovasulcar formula 100 for example works like a crushed/cracked clove of garlic. For those of you that don't know you need to break the garlic to make the chemical reaction happen regarding allicin. Personally I use the formula 100 but am not sure if I'd be better off using actual garlic.Kyolic Aged Garlic:
