I think the protein blend idea is wonderful, I have never seen it so cheap though, I am gonna try Costco, if they have one where I live.
cheapesst i have seen a blend like this is $39 for 5 pounds.

I get most my supps from True Protein including whey and LBAs. I am very loyal and the service is unbeatable. Once in a while the wife will pickup a 10lbs bag of ON gold standard. I like it also...

Yes, plus it mixes great, has a great AA profile, and no fat or carbs.

shelby do you use a whey isolate during the day then if having a shake not around a workout maybe as a meal replacement with carbs or fats etc instead of using a blended protein. if so could you explainn why u choose islate over a blend please mate

I can't use protein powders, i'm allergic to most (my throat and tongue will itch, tingle, and slightly swell), and the others seem to give me explosive diarrhea, so i've given up on powders and eat whole foods, it's a bitch.

Proto Whey - Cafe Mocha. I love the taste and its the first protein that doesn't make me feel all bloated after. Digest very easy. A lil pricey but the taste is worth it IMO
