What can you do for the swelling

Can you do anything to help with the swelling of the joints in my Lab Rats fingers from this cycle of :

Rev 30 pwo pinned in muscle
Jin 3ius mid morn
Jin 2ius mid Afeternoon
test cyp 400 2x week
