So for the last week of so I've been getting spasms in the muscle I train for several hours after training.
I have increased the reps past failure on one set for each muscle but that is the only thing I've changed , diet and supplement intake is the same it has been except a little more food. I have added 400mg EQ to my TRT but that's all as far as my anabolics go.
Just wondering if it's due to the increase intensity or am I possible deficient in something. There is no cramps just alot of twitching for hours after.
