Theres much discussion about the best cycles to gain size and strength, but Im curious what has best preserved strength while on a cut? Im on 100mg Trt cyp weekly but still have some great lifts that are progressing well. I recently hit 140X8 flat db press and squatted 405X12. I do have about 20lbs id like to lose. Id be interested in hearing what you all were running, the notable lifts that were maintained or increased, and how much weight was lost overall.
