What daily supplements do you take and why

How do you all split up the doses? 3x/day?

It's likely easiest to split morning and night. If something needs a third dosing, (shouldn't be many items) have them with lunch.

Yea I do 3x daily but it will depend on people's schedules on whether this is convenient for them or not.
 
Thanks guys. For some reason I get an upset stomach when I do too much at night. Might have to change to 3x

During the last couple of months, I have noticed that when taking between 500-600 mcg's of Chromium Picolinate that I experience less brain fog. I also more alert. Now, I haven't tested my blood glucose levels, but my mood has improved. I've never had issues staying lean and don't believe it changes body composition, but I'm going to keep taking it. Just something I though I would share…take it or leave it. It works for me.
 
DAILY:
glutamine, NAC, Milk Thistle, Cranberry, Saw Palmetto, B5, B6, Protein, Pre-workout

OFF/ON:
Arginine, Lemon water, Probiotics, BCAAs, Melatonin, L-Tryptophan, GABA

I keep it pretty simple. Don;t believe in overloading the system with supplements. You can read all day long how this or that supplement enhances or aids this or that and next thing you know? You day is about taking supplements round the clock. Been there. Now I just take vitamin B, vitamin D and DIM.
 
Why is HMB in the list?

That list is a bit outdated. I made changes to it and no longer take HMB. I was seeing some positive performance studies on it and it was cheap but since have seen Brad Schoenfeld say it's not that good and it tastes like shit so it's off the list

ditch the red yeast rice and replace it with arjuna

Lol I thought he quoted my list and then I realized you are the only other one that takes “somewhat” in the same ballpark supplements as I do LOL
 
HMB

If one is using, I can't seeing HMB having any merit. I believe the biggest contribution it may offer at the right dosage throughout the day it anti catabolic affects.....doubt it will help you gain muscle or lose weight. That being said, I'm not an expert and it could have it's place.

Maybe a mix of both :D

But thanks and I was using CB from Jarrow but I dropped it for the time being. I think it's a good idea for people to use on blasts though.
