What daily supplements do you take and why

I was running Creatine while on cycle and now on TRT and will say that my strength always seems to hold up well on creatine. The last time I used Creatine on my 150 mg of Test C (TRT)......my strength and pumps was pronounced. I don't retain water on Creatine. No it's not like taking Anadrol, but it def works for me.

What brand of creatine do you use bro?

A good buddy of mine who owns a GNC gave me a big bottle of micronized creatine monohydrate. I stopped by the see him one day and he asked if I wanted it after I mentioned I need to order some. I've used TP's in the past too. Both are good to go. Just stick to the monohydrate......there's a lot of marketing bs out there. Stick with a proven winner and give it time.

Keep in mind, I weak while on DNP even while on creatine and Tren, EQ, and Test.....so don't expect ungodly results.
