List what you take and why

If you don't agree with what someone else is taking or why they are taking it please keep the negative feedback to yourself , I don't want this to turn into a pissing contest as to why someone should or shouldn't take something

5,000 iu d3 (because last time I had blood work done I was slightly below average on my d3 levels)
2 scoops of a Greens drink (drink first thing in the morning with my first meal to help get some healthy micronutrients)
Animal flex(ehhh the kinda help my joints feel a little smoother)
Proton pump inhibitor (for my ucler)
3 fish oil tabs ( we all know the benefits of them lol)
Thinking about buying some liver tabs just to try lol...
Protein powder 3 times a day
50mcg clen first thing in the morning
120mg caffeine usually twice a day
30-40 mcg t3 pre bed
Half cc test EOD.

Good post...

MSM 5 to 10 grams a day in powder/flakes. DMSO externally for acne, cuts, bruises, etc. These I feel should be at the top of everyone's list.

Multivitamin men's one a day, nothing fancy, just covers the bases.

ECA stack twice a day consisting of 12.5mg ephedrine HCL, 200mg caffeine, 81mg aspirin.

Lemon water with 1tsp baking soda on empty stomach. The reaction makes sodium citrate which reduces overall acidity. A high protein diet is extremely acidic and inflammatory. I feel it is a must for any bodybuilder.

Currently researching Boswellia Serrata. It's another powerful anti inflammatory, that helps with auto immune diseases such as RA and ulcerative colitis. Works well in combination with curcumin. But I get plenty of that by including curry in many of my dishes with black pepper to enhance bioavailability. I also eat a variety of hot peppers with almost every meal, which is anti inflammatory, speeds the metabolism, and is great for digestion and a natural source of vitamin C.

Multivitamin (just started this again, for anything lacking in my diet, I'm eating out more now)
L-Tyrosine - When coming down from adhd meds
Vitamin C - 2000mg
B12 shot - Once a week
Taurine - couple scoops pre workout
Glutamine - As needed for heartburn/acid reflux
Vit D - 2000 a day, more in the winter
digestive enzymes as needed, and if I'm running orals/tren.
Zinc 50mg and magnesium 450mg before bed


On top of this I do a vegetable/protein shake every morning for breakfast. Spinach/kale/blueberries with eggwhites/oats.





My ADHD meds really tap out my dopamine, so I supplement around that to keep from building a tolerance as quickly and to help my brain recover.

Vitamin C, omega 3s, Tyrosine, and Taurine I have found to be the most helpful.
