Ok so the couple women I've been helping out with their training and a little with their eating all want to know what kind of vitimens they should be taking on a day to day basis , thing like DHEA , multi vits , zinc , I know I take a pile diferant ones but not sure if any of them are need by women or what their effect would be.

so what do you ladies take on a daily basis as support sups??
 
I don't take anything fancy.

- Multi-vitamin (Optimum for Women)
- Vitamin C (Ester-C)
- Coral calcium

Occasionally, I'll add in Vitamin E, Fish Oil, and Co-Q10.

The best source of vitamins is whole food.

Calcium , I knew their was somthing i was forgetting. I tried to explain that you can get most nutrients from good food , and for the most they are all eating plenty veggies and some fruits everyday.
One of them had asked about adding DHEA to "stabilize" hormone balance or somthing.
 
I take Iron, magnessium, calcium, and adrental support and thyroid support supplement as well as vitamin D drops. As far as workout supplement i use scivation extend for my BCAAs, Glutammine, kre alkalyn, and axis labs hemaddraulix nitrogen.
 
I don't eat processed food and eat plenty of fresh veggies but I still don't get all my RDA's. I log in what I eat on FitDay and when the day is done I check the "Nutrition" tab dwon at the bottom of the page and it brings up all the nutrients of the foods i ate combined and what percent I actually reached of my RDA's.

We always short on some and this way you can see what it is.

For women: calcium and iron seem to be important.
