ok my internet was down for a few days(goddamn comcast idiots) and i realized that this place is better than METH, sure its just as addictive but you get to keep all ur teeth. anyway did i miss anything good? lol....oh i updated my sticky in the recipe forum so fire away fellas. Over the weekend i tried a whole slew of new recipes. oh and i got bronchitus(goddamnit i cant spell) so im teking today and tomorrow off from the gym to try to get better. anyway its nice to be back on.

hahah glad you liked them...i feel like ill be fine by tomorrow. if all i have left is the cough im goin to the goddamn gym. a nice heavy back day should kick the shit out of this cold. just go in and sweat it all out.
