60g protein shake
150g chicken breast+100g rice + nando's sauce

200g minced lamb + 150g rice + Pea's + nando's sauce

1 large 14 inch Pizza :) "Unscheduled cheat meal + craving pizza badly"

double cheeseburger + apple pie

200g chicken breast + handful Penne pasta

200g rump steak + 1 Sweet potato + Egg + green beans + peppercorn sauce

Im tidying up my diet a bit and trying to go low carb as possible without flattening out and loosing lots of size. Really just seeing what feels good and what keeps me leaner and less watery. Contest prep starts at 12 weeks out, currently 15 weeks out.

handful almonds, 2 cups kefier, 2 tbsp. of natural sugar
in a shake
930am everything bagel LOADED with ham, bacon, sausage
hash, 2 eggs, small coffee
1230pm half a baked chicken, loaded mash taters, diet coke
4pm pint of wonton soup
5pm 4 bud lights
7pm a stuffed slice of NEWYORK STYLE BABY
8pm 4 more bud lights
9pm a few vodka and cokes

oopsy...had to edit....
1030pm 2 toaster strudel (strawberry,creamcheese) hahaha
and a glass of almond milk

what does EVERY "GURU" say...?? "if your still hungrey, up the
protein" because its easy. and it certainly fills you up.

is protein overrated...??? NO
is the massive amounts of protein these guys are taking these days
overrated..??? HELL YES

ever notice when you up the protein, your shitting 3 to 4 times a day.???

1 TSP red palm oil
1/4 cup greek yogurt

Meal 2: 2.5 scoops whey
3/4 cups cream of rice
1 TBSP honey

Meal 3: 4 oz chicken and 4 oz Lean GF beef
2 cups rice
1.5 cups pineapple
1 cup green beans

Meal 4:
Same as 3

Intra workout:
30g peptpro
125g HBCD

Post workout:
2.5 scoops whey
2 bagles
2 TBSP Jelly
1 cup apple sauce

Meal 6:
16oz egg whites
1/2 cup grits
1/2 TBSP coconut oil
