What Did You Have For Breakfast This Morning?

volumous

volumous.........that will be my word for the day.....volumous....it's fun just to say and i think i will use it in a number of sentences today.......volumous....not sure what it means but it just rolls off the tongue......volumous........say it with me.......volumous.......stay safe all.....ss.
 
low fat yougurt with added fat (udo's) and an apple, a few pinnaple chunks fresh. arround 150kcals, need a little energy !!! busy day ahead.:) oh and a cup of tea. This is like the pre-breakfast meal, i have been trying to educate my son as to the importance of breakfast as he does not like eating in the morning, i never used to but nowdays i wake up very hungry.
 
Burger, fries, diet coke. I suck, I know it. :p
 
3 sausage/egg mcmuffins(from starbucks) and 4 scoops of Nlarge 2 weight gainer. Very offseason right now with an HDL of 24 :)
 
I'm getting paid today, so I haven't been to the grocery store in 2 wks. My fridge is getting very bare. I ended up with egg beaters this morning with some green & red peppers and salsa... normally I would have shredded potatoes or slice of whole wheat bread with it, so I didn't get any carbs this morning. :(
 
I always have the same thing every morning:
2 cups of coffee followed with
1 egg scambled with 6 egg whites mixed with diced tomatoes and chilis
1 cup home cooked black beans mixed with bell pepper
1 slice fresh pinapple
 
I had a glass of soy milk with my protein blend and a large bowl of the best chili ever. Then I had 3 hashbrowns and a McGriddle and a diet coke. Then I hate a tall, nonfat, sugar free white mocha. And I finished it off with a bottle of water. And I threw up too.:eek:
 
I had a cup of the Silk Soy milk with 2 packets of Maple Brown Sugar Weigh control Oats with Splenda and a 80 gram Nitrotech Protein Shake...
 
06/08/07. Ham, cheese, and egg omelete. Couldn't resist temptation and had one bisquit with grape jelly and butter....Then LBA's mid morning.
 
Saturday morning breakfast...

6 whole eggs scrambled w/ salsa and fat free shredded cheese
4 slices whole wheat cinnamon french toast
Animal Pak, Animal Flex
@ 32 oz. Crystal Light

*nap*

1 scoop Milk & Egg Protein w/ 2 scoops whey and 1/2 cup oats in 1% milk.
Assorted supps.

5 omega whole eggs
2 slices wheat toast
2000mg fish oil,
1 Vitamin E&C tablet
2 milk thistle
20oz Diet Dew

4iu GH, 100mg ADrol...kidding but it would be nice.
 
3 scoops Protein Powder (a blend of 50% MPI and 50% whey), 5 oz skim milk, 1/8 cup Swiss muesli.

5 fish oils, e, multi, coQ10.
 
....

1 1/2 cups oat meal
1 box raisins
1 non sweetend applesauce
mix these 3 together in a bowl

3 peices eziekiel raisin bread

3scoops whey protien.

this is my typical breakfast after the show i did 2 weeks ago.
