what did your diet look like to get to your heaviest weight

Gets expensive don't it. That said i love eating. I think my squat days are hitting about 6000 calories with 600 carbs 440 protein and im struggling to keep it that low due to hunger. I'm using pre workout slin too.

Hmm got to 244lbs this off-season diet was as follows;-

meal 1) 50p/120c/15f
meal 2)50p/90c
meal 3)50p/90c
meal 4)50p/120c
meal 5)50p/120c
meal 6)50p/30f

I could have done with more fats i know ( i have switched to alot more fats now)carbs were probably even higher, thats only counting the cals i counted, i'd have anywere between 2-3 cheat meals a week and there was no limit on snacking. I intend to take a much healthier approach from now on in, as it fucked up everything nearly (i wasnt eating much clean food)
 
5 meals 55p/50c/20f then a pre during post workout routine that was a total of 120p/200c/40f. On non workout days just ate 6 meals. 6 foot tall 273lbs was my heaviest. I wish I could say I was lean :(

I think the better question is: what did your diet look like at your highest LBM, because at my highest weight i looked like absolute shit and had less muscle than i do now 30lbs lighter....
 
6'4" @ 280.
I always kept bf under 12% even during bulking, so it would take longer but completely worth the wait.
I ate 7 meals from the time I woke to(protein shake) to the time my head hit the pillow. and protein shake middle of the night. I was around 7k-8k cal per day. with one cheat per week.
 
I hate counting macros

5' 10'' 215lbs (graduated high school same height and 130lbs)

Nothing worked until I came up with this:

all of these are minimum for the day
1 carton of eggs
1 pound of beef
1/2 pound chicken
approx 100 grams whey protein
1/4 container of peanut butter
2 cups (dry) outs
2 cups (dry) rice

I would also use a bunch of condiments to help get the meat down.
 
350-400g protein
350-400g carbs (cycled them though so some days 300, some 600, etc)
~75g Fat, maybe up to 100g on lower carb days

was 255lbs 8% 5'10" and 22 years old.

Currently 220, similar condition.

Meal 1: 12 oz talapia
2 tbl spoons peanut butter
1/2 cup oatmeal

Meal 2: 12 ounce hamburger from a local BBQ place
Fries and Coke
Meal 3: usually repeat meal 2 but with red beans and rice

Train- bcaa's during workout
Post workout- 1 large carton of liquid egg whites

Meal 4: 5 whole eggs
10 oz hashbrowns

Meal 5: 10-12 oz talapia
1 and 1/2 cup of rice

I've gained 30 pounds in a year and half with better condition by training 7-10 days at a time and eating a ton of calories.

This list doesn't include all the other snacks and shakes I might have during the day
