hey guys, if you did not know im a running back im about 165 pounds. im clean an its first time of even thinking about gear. my bench press 200lb.squat 275lb boxsquat 425. powerclin 200. deadlift 405 towelbench 225 my 40-time 4,5 height-5,8 but im a tough gainer i lift three days a week lift every other day to consume strenght. monday=bench/squat weds=powerclin/deadlift friday=towelbench/boxsquat
