What do these Lh and fsh levels mean

Ok when I was on cycle my lh and fsh levels were so low almost unmeasurable, but that’s to be expected, took some months off and now normal lh level is 1.5 to 9.3 ,mine came back little high at 10.8 , normal fsh levels are 1.6 to 8.0 ,mine came back high normal at 7.1 , now what does that mean ? Is that good or bad ?

If you don't know what your levels were pre cycle, over the top could be normal for you. Those are not numbers that most would complain about.
