Here's a "cleaned-up version." I put a border around it, centered images better, and cleaned up the logo.

Xcel - it looks good, but see if you can clean up all the backgrounds as that way you can fit a lot more pics in it. Also, make it a bit thinner, but it can be as wide as the whole page. It would be good to get all the members pics on it as pretty much all the ones that posted their pics looks excellent.

I'll make it 800 pixels wide, which is fairly standard, but could be problematic for anyone with display settings set at 640 x 480. This size is typically used with laptops (with smaller screens) and just means that the graphic will run off the page (need to scroll horizontally to view it (all of it will not appear/fit on the page).

Now, I'll make it the same height as the Synthetek and KC banners.

Now someone else mentioned the background and this is a BIG DEAL - VERY, VERY Time Consuming - much more than I'm willing to put in. And - if you really look at hoe I placed pictures, I couldn't get any more in without "overlapping" people. Here's the options and why I selected what I did:

1) Only use pictures taken against a white background or a background that is identical in color.
2) I could manually attempt to "cut-away" the background but it will look EXTREMELY CHOPPY and is what's VERY time-consuming.
3) Use a nice "smooth" cut around each picture (this is what I did)

I'll go ahead a recrop each picture using a "faded" slice. This is where rather than a harsh/straight cut, the edge will be "feathered" into the background color. This will look nice and professional!

I'll make a new post when I'm done. I should be able to at least double the number of pictures - BUT I WON'T BE ABLE TO GET EVERYONE IN!
