What do you all think of my MASS diet??

You can't cook the protein out of meat.

no but you do cook out other stuff...like water....

which changes the weight of the meat. 10oz raw does not weigh 10oz after being cooked

Looks like im gonna switch to coconut oil. Hopefully its easy to find at most health food stores. Is there any kind I should avoid? Im probably gonna use about 25grams of fat worth of it with my breakfast.

just get the unrefined stuff

Yes, but the hunk of meat always has the same protein content. It doesn't change from raw to cooked.

Mass Diet

Remember to do hard cardio, train hard and ramp up eventually to this:

This will take you to where you want to go...

Meal 1 6 am
36 Egg whites w/ onions, peppers, salsa; two cups of oatmeal

Meal 2 9am
4 large chicken breast, 2 cups rice, 2 cups broccoli

Meal 3 12pm
1.5 lb turkey breast sloppy Joe; 2 cups rice, 2 cups broccoli

Meal 4 3 pm
1.5 lb lean beef; mixed with 2 cups earch red beans and rice

Meal 5 6pm
1.5lb. orange roughy, salad w/strawberry vinaigrette

Ok, currently around 235lbs 5'11" maybe %13. Wanna get a big as humanly possible on this one, while keeping fat to a minimum. Will be trying Gavin's 3x per week igf/slin/gh protocol along with aas for 16weeks. Im an endo/meso but more of a meso. I barely gain fat when on Gh as well. The below diet will be on the insulin/gh/igf days, the other days will be similar but i'll throw in my cheats and more fat those days since i'll not be on slin

Meal 1
5whole eggs with some cheese
2 bagles
50gram protien shake
So around 80g protien, 35fat and 100carbs

Meal2 1hr before workout
6" sub with 10oz turkey
50carbs 50g protien(no fat b/c slin will be taken in about 2hrs)

workout. Then take Gh, wait 20min take igf then 10min later slin(10iu's)
immediately 100g waxy maize,10g creatine,10g glutamine,bcaa's
10min later 80g whey

Meal 4 1hr later
6" sub 10oz chicken
50carbs 80g protien NO FAT

Meal 5 2.5hrs later
8oz lean ground sirloin 1cup pasta
60g protien 50carbs and whatever fat is in the sirlion. Maybe 10grams

Meal 6
A big burrito with beans,cheese,lots of meat,etc..
70g protien, 100carbs, 30fat

Last meal
70g whey with 4tbsp natty PB
70g proteien 32g fat

Total cals approx 5000
Protien 500g Carbs 450-500 Fat 110-130g

you're not getting the point:

if you weigh out 10oz raw its 8oz cooked (for example, im not really sure). this meat wont have the same protein content as 10oz of chicken after its been cooked, it'll in reality be 2oz more and have that much more protein. its just got to be taken into consideration in calculating the protein in it. i know the chart i use gives the precook weights, so i have to weigh food before i cook it to get accurate measurements of my protein, etc. others may be post-cook weight, it depends on your source of info whether you use pre or post weight.

gotcha, so we agree 10oz of cooked chicken has the same protein content as a 10oz piece of cooked chicken. I'm hip.

wow, so cooked chicken has more protien than raw. Yes, though I meant 10oz of cooked chicken

haha, that made me laugh.

No offense but I completely disagree with this diet, how would eating 24oz of meat in one sitting help you to grow?
You do realize you're recommending over 700grams of protein/day right?

WOW:eek:

mass diet

Hey this is not a diet that I follow but it is the one of the diet's that Ronnie Adams follows (NPC national level competitor). In any case it works for him no one can argue that...everyone is different as you know... but it certainly is interesting looking at different dieting and training strategies... if you cut everything in Adams diet in Half it would be an excellent clean, mass building diet...cupple that with "supplemtation" and then bigtime gains could possibly be attained.

Hard2core2, I hope you don't mind me quoting this, but this is an excellent example of the monkey see, monkey do concept with bodybuilders.

700g of protein. It's just amazing.
