Good observation bud. The first bow that's mine, that pic was taken by the tuner I bought it from. He sent me that pic just so I'd know what the camo pattern looked like. We don't have a dealer for those bows in my area so I buy from a guy in Pa. When he sent that pic, I was like "hmmm, that patriot camo looks pretty damn sharp too". So I had him order me one and now I'm just waiting.

The "thing sticking out" is a stabilizer. It's designed to make the bow stay on target better when at full draw

Ah, gotcha. I like the color schemes on both bows. Makes them look even more aggressive.

When I'm playing blitz online it's pretty much everything except 1.f4 because I don't like the positions that arise from it.

For OTB games as white I'll open with e4 and try to play into a ruy lopez or if in feeling gutsy I'll play a goering gambit. The gambit is fun to play because a large majority of people don't know his to play against it and even declining it gives white a good position.

As black against e4 I'll either play a french and go into the winaver lines or a closed tarrasch if my opponent decodes to play 3. Nbd2. Sometimes I'll try and get an open sicilian and play either najdorf and transpose into a schevennigan or I'll skip all that entirely and play a sveshnikov but I've been facing too many Bb5 lines lately.

Against 1.d4 I like to play the nimzo Indian and if my opponent avoids that with 3.nf3 I'll go into a queens gambit declined ragozin.
