What do you do when sick?

If I have fever I play COD


if not then continue on with my day
 
IF I AM SICK I SUK IT UP AND KEEP ON PUSHING... TAKE VITAMINS TYLENOL AND MAYBE GET SOME ANTIBIOTICS IF NEED BE BUT I DO NOT STOP
 
If I am sick, I stay out of the gym until I'm better, if I want to do a "light work out" I lift at home. I personally cannot stand a sick person at the gym that is spreading their germs to every machine that they touch and don't have the repsect for other members or their health.

Is a few days out of the gym when you're sick really that bad? I mean, if you take off 3 days, is it going to destroy your entire body?

No one has respect anymore, I lift every other day, then do cardio on non lifting days, which I take my daughter to the gym and we do cardio together and just the other day a guy was coughing so bad it sounded like he was about to gag up a lung, IMO he has NO respect for anyone else in the gym and doesn't care if he spreads his germs to anyone else.

Why is it so hard for people to show respect now a days? damn
 
The best thing that works for me when I have the flu is put on my sweat pants and a hoodie and still workout. I always feel much better when i leave the gym and am usually better by the next morning. I always load up on vitamin C and advil also.
 
When I get a hint of being sick I up my vitamin C dose to 3000mg/day, take cheap cold meds, and take Zinc lozenges.

When I get Test Flu I do the same plus I take some Theraflu
