So this past 2 weeks I have eaten the most I ever have, ate 5.2-5.5k every day. It was a struggle and I don't think I could keep it up for long periods of time, but after last week, took my weight and only gained 1.5 lbs.
I know 1.5 lbs is good, but I have never eaten close to that much, so figured I woulda put on a little more weight (doing an epic bulk before my spring cut).
I only weight 217 at 6'1'', and the last couple weeks got me thinking what happens when you just can't eat enough to put on weight anymore? I don't think I could fit more than 5.5k cals in my stomach.
