i wouldnt take the chance of fuckin with hormone fluctuation when ur tryin to control ur body as much as possible. I know a males test levels drop slightly for a few hours after blowin his load.

What test levels? Before a comp you would be on so much gear, you wouldn't have any natural test levels what to speak of.

For a guy, yes, but shes a girl and i doubt shes on a much gear, maybe clen. Could be wrong. Girls still have a hormone flucutation after orgasms, not sure the science behind it, but i dont think shed want any hormonal fluctuation in her body while shes tryin to stay carbed up, dried out, etc...

Sounds stupid but I have a script from my doc for xanax 0.5mg for anxiety. I get stupidly anxious at times and damn near hyperventilate/pass out. I take one xanax 10 minutes later Im cool as a cucumber. I know that its not a good idea to take benzodiazepines but in my case it really helps. Just food for thought. Im not telling everyone to start using benzos but I have em prescribed for me. Later.
