What do you eat in a typical day?

M1: 4 whole eggs, 3 slices turkey bacon, 25g whey isolate, 75g COR, 150g blueberries.

M2: 8oz whitefish (barramundi), 1 sticky rice bowl (70g carbs), 1 apple, 14g coconut oil

Intra: 50g HBCD, 20g EAA, 5g creatine

M3: 100g carbs from cereal (fruity or cocoa pebbles), 50g whey isolate, 1 banana

M4: 8oz 93/7 grass fed ground beef, 90g COR, 300g pineapple

M5: 50g whey isolate, 28g EVOO, 2 oz macadamia nuts
 
I fast 21-22 hours a day. My 3 meals are all timed around my workout:

Pre-workout: 60g protein from grilled chicken - sometimes mixed in plain cole slaw for volume

Post workout: 100g protein and 100-350g carbs (depending on my diet at the time)all via oats and protein powder

Optional Meal 3: 50g grilled chicken

So 200g protein, 150-350g carbs, and trace fats. The last two weeks has been 150g carbs :( lol finishing up prep

Recomping? What's that? Ah yes putting on muscle while loosing bodyfat, which is basically something your body can't do.

Yeah, maybe I should of mentioned that I do intermittent fasting which is why I only have time for 3-4 meals.
Bikini competition? No. Recomping? Yes. You say it's something your body can't do. Perhaps you should speak for yourself. When I keep to those exact macros I stay at about 98, 97, 99kg consistently loose fat and add muscle. So it could be just a difference in your DNA versus mine. No trolling but I think that calcluating the exact macros for your body to do XYZ (efficiently bulk, cut, recomp) is one of the most difficult things you can do.

So that was the point of my post. I've got the macros down but I'm FUCKING sick of eating chicken... so what do you eat?
Perhaps instead of just flaming my post Jaxino, you could help me out by letting me know what you eat.

Dude, I've seen a lot of John Meadows' videos talking about cereal PWO.
After seeing your post, I'm definitely going to give it a shot.

Im all chickened out so i eat quite a bit of 96/4 ground beef.
8-10oz of ground beef for every meal + avocado + whatever carbs im allowed to eat (dieting right now so this is pretty low)
Dude, I envy you so much 96/4 is unheard of where I live (Japan). The best ground beef deal I can get in Japan is about 2.50$ for 2oz of 88/12% ground beef. Chicken breast is more like 50 cents for 2 oz. Super cheap but I'm so tired of forcing it down my throat! I'm just struggling to find new ways to hit my macros without adding more chicken breast.

Get a meat grinder and add some beef or pork to your chicken and grind it up.
 
1: Beef mince, half avocado
2: COR, vegan protein, frozen fruit
3: hydro whey isolate, vegan protein, oats
4: Chicken, rice, veggies
5: Fish, potato, veggies
6: Hydro whey iso, granola, EVOO

Where you getting your hydro whey from? i was using labrada but that shit got way too pricey.
