What do you eat or drink post workout?

2 scoops syntha 6 with 12 oz water, 2 cartons of flavored lowfat yogurt, 5 grams creatine and maybe 10 grams bcaa powder. Thats 56 grams of protein and about 105 carbs.
 
Bulking) Post w/o shake with 40 grams of whey protein and 1/2 lb of jellybeans

Cutting) Post w/o shake with 40 grams of whey protein and no jellybeans

Coasting) Post w/o shake with 40 grams of whey protein and some gummybears
 
2scp. %100 Whey (Choc. Malt) 50 grams pro

2 scp. Recovery 2-1-1, 35 pro, 70 grams fast carbs

thats it...

During workouts it's

ON BCAA plus Creatine

ON Vassive EA8 (amino mix)

20 grams L-Glutimine

Pwo: 50g waxy maize or koolaid, 10g bcaa, 2g cee, 3g beta alanine

15 mintues later: 30g whey iso, 20g casein

Usually 30-45 minutes later, I'm hungry and have a meal.
 
20 grams whey right after working out, then when i get home if im cuttin i eat 8-10 oz meat with a bunch of greens, if im looking for size ill eat some source of protien with some kind of complex carb...like chicken or beef or turkey with beans or ezekile bread or oats
