Do what you normally do before a heavy workout. Don't do anything you havent done before. I would not eat excessively. You aren't in a Marathon.... main thing don't overthink too much. Good luck
its not a marathon but there is a 15 minute heavily weighted metcon workout at the end of which is not announced until 10 minutes before it starts.
pasta for carbs is what i was thinking. i dont "usually" eat past as i mostly fopllow a paleo diet however i do eat this about once a month. a typical dinner for me would not include simple carbs.
I like to et boiled rice with raw vegetables in my dinner. It is my favorite food in dinner so i love to eat this food in dinner. I think we should eat less specially in dinner.

After weigh ins, eat normally,hydrate and get enough carbs also. Day of meet sip on water/gatorade and may want to munch on some cinnamon rice cakes, again nothing too heavy during meet, just enough to keep you going.
