What do you eat when you wanna put on size?

Grass fed ground beef
Whole eggs
Ground turkey
Avocados
Jasmine rice
Olive oil
Lots of sriracha!

The more/better you digest, the more you'll get out of it.

Basically the same foods just more.

I'll probably use more red meat though than I would in a prep.
 
Anadrol and 50 grams protein every couple hours with what ever carbs I can push on top
 
When i really want to pack on the size, i eat dirty more often than none.

1 cheat meal a day. U got to eat dirty in order to pack on the size especially if u're training hard 3-4x a week.
 
Everything....literary , when bulking I get dirty and eat anything and everything

All red meat and 75-100 grams a carbs per meal. White potatoes white rice quinoa are the best. Eat eat eat man. And have one cheat meal a day! That's worked for me with the right gear also helps

I agree with Benson81. Since I've been in this game what works for me is red meat and white rice along with potatoes white potatoes and sweet potatoes. Also running the right gear or cycle and knowing how to listen to your body with rest and in between meals drink you a mass gainer shake to get the calories and before bedtime also. When you wake up at 1 or 2 in the morning to use the bathroom drink you a mass shake to get the calories. This has worked for me.

:yeahthat: I'm with Ronnie. When Bulking you have to get dirty. Just my two cents. Eat everything. Steak, burgers, eggs. Shit i even throw a table spoon or two of EVOO in my protein chakes just to add in a few hundred extra calories. Thays extra virgin olive oil for those that dont't know.

Yup White rice and potatoes also, lots of red meat, pastas everything. For me anyways i have a fast motablism.

Now im not saying hit the drive thru at Burger King everyday lol but you really have to just get it in you, everything you can.

If I ate one cheat meal a day I would be insanely fat within a month or two.

"cheat meal" doesnt mean it has to be a 3000 kcal face stuffing session at your local fast food joint

my post workout meal is always cheaty

you can get away with very non-bodybuilding-conform foods during the post workout period

if total calories are the same it doesnt even matter

Cheat meals are a grey area. I like steak, egg and low fat oven chips chips before bed. ( think you call them fries in the us). To me is just grilled red meat, some poached eggs and a more appetising way to eat potatoes. It's about 1800 calories mabey more but it's the way I eat and in my eyes bodybuilding type food yet people who see me eat this say oh that's a big cheat meal. My cheat meals are a bit more doc than that lol. A cheat meal is a triple whopper with cheese and fries, a few litres of ice cream and about 6 or chocolate bars. A few bags of monster munch to finish off always helps
