All red meat and 75-100 grams a carbs per meal. White potatoes white rice quinoa are the best. Eat eat eat man. And have one cheat meal a day! That's worked for me with the right gear also helps
I agree with Benson81. Since I've been in this game what works for me is red meat and white rice along with potatoes white potatoes and sweet potatoes. Also running the right gear or cycle and knowing how to listen to your body with rest and in between meals drink you a mass gainer shake to get the calories and before bedtime also. When you wake up at 1 or 2 in the morning to use the bathroom drink you a mass shake to get the calories. This has worked for me.
:yeahthat: I'm with Ronnie. When Bulking you have to get dirty. Just my two cents. Eat everything. Steak, burgers, eggs. Shit i even throw a table spoon or two of EVOO in my protein chakes just to add in a few hundred extra calories. Thays extra virgin olive oil for those that dont't know.

Cheat meals are a grey area. I like steak, egg and low fat oven chips chips before bed. ( think you call them fries in the us). To me is just grilled red meat, some poached eggs and a more appetising way to eat potatoes. It's about 1800 calories mabey more but it's the way I eat and in my eyes bodybuilding type food yet people who see me eat this say oh that's a big cheat meal. My cheat meals are a bit more doc than that lol. A cheat meal is a triple whopper with cheese and fries, a few litres of ice cream and about 6 or chocolate bars. A few bags of monster munch to finish off always helps
