When it's time to grow I eat oatmeal. It's so simple when it's time to add weight and tastes so damn awesome. I mix a few scoops of whey and a little almond butter in it.
Myoatmeal.com is where I make the sickest tasting oatmeal. I hear true nutrition has good oatmeal too... Dusty Hanshaw is also an advocate of using oatmeal to put on size.

i completely forgot to even mention oatmeal ..
oatmeal + peanut butter is amazing for putting down a lot of healthy,nutritious,calorie dense food
