I usually have two shakes per day. When trying to add weight I usually use
12oz lactaid whole milk
1 cup raw oats
1.5-2 scoops protein
1 large spoonful peanut butter
I have been drinking two of these a day. Then with meals of course adding more carbs mostly rice and pasta and lots of olive oil. Protein is always included.
