been using suspension
everyday preworkout heat oil up since it consistently crashes,fill up syringe,attach 21 guage needle and shoot before it crashes in syringe again. Ill use the same syringe a couple days but switch needle every time. I dispose of them in a gas station bathroom here that has a disposal container on the wall.
