I dont know what my deal is latly but i dont have the motivation to go to the gym this is the first time in years this has happend. as soon as i get there i just dont feel like doing anything im just basically going through the movements. and i dont have the motivation to eat either i seem to have just lost my appetite dont feel like eating i went from 7 to 8 meals a day to now im down to eating 3 even 2 on somedays. i feel like im wasting away but i just cant get back on track. any suggestions?
