My body weight right now is 208lbs

208lbs X 19 Calories per lbs of bodyweight= 3952calors to gain

Thats about 2.37g of protein per 1 lbs of B.W.
around 2g of carbs per 1 lbs of B.W.

Ratios look like this....
50% protein
40% carbs
10% fats

This would be 1976 calories a day from protein 1581 calories from carbs and 395 calories from fats.

This would also be 494g of protein daily with 395g of carbs and 44g of fats daily.

I would break my protein down to 247g daily being food and 247g daily being liquid (protein shakes)= 494g total daily.

Then of course I have it broken down to how much a meal with is 55g of protein per meal 44g of carbs and 5g of fats. Thats also 220 calories of protein per meal 176 calories coming from carbs and of course 44 calories from fats.

This is were I get stuck. I got the protein powders and teh maltodextrin 20 and cell-tech. For fats I'd be taking flaxseed oil and the EFA's and glutamine and Arginie. Maybe some OTC 1-test to get back into it. I really dunno what to take for vitamins. I remember one time I took to much vitamins and my kidneys started to hurt when I had to piss really bad. But that could of been from both the water intake (2 gallons daily) and me holding it.

I'll be eating 9 meals daily. about 4 big solid meals.
7am(breakfast)
9am
11am
1pm(lunch)
3pm(per workout)
5pm(post workout)
6pm(dinner)
8pm
10pm(bedtime)

Please lemme know if you can see if I'm missing anything and feel free to say whatever you need to say. thanks bro
 
i would puke eating that much and the fat content in that outline is not really acceptable...you need more than 10%fat if you want to grow
 
i jus wanna know what u do that allows that typeof strict eating disclipine... also my suggestion is dont eat so close to your pre wokout, if you lift at 4ish which is what is appears, i would limit the last meal at 2:!5pm the latest.... i dunno i got from 205 to 230 in three months workin in the florida heat this summer, what i found REALLY benefitial is eating my a lite but semi high fat snack, whole milk protien shake or something, like 2 hours before my workout then took a lil 1/2 hour power nap before i lifted, when i got home i carbed and protiened out.... really worked for me....but hey im no pro listen to phil and xcel they the shit on this stuff...

Just like the vitamins, I think your over doing it, alot. Sometimes less is more. TOO much of everything, unless you 250 which your not and on a TON of shit which your not (since you said some OTC-1 test). I agree with Phil, you'll be one tubby bastard quick.
 
I don't think it's so bad..

I think it may be tougher than you think to get all that food down, but if you do, great.
I would definitely change the amount of fats you're taking in. At least bump it up 10% and take it off your carbs. Make sure they are good fats and that your carbs are mostly complex.
 
i agree to to up fats, but i think it should come from protein, about 400 cals worth. 500g is ALOT, esp. if ur not on anything.

i guess the key here is, what are u used to eating? if u maintain ur weight with only 13 x ur body weight in cals, then a jump st8 to 19 is HUGE. it all depends on where ur cals are at now. of course like DC says, eat it all now just make sure u get enough, its easy to diet it off later.
 
In my opinion

That is to much calories, a little to much protien and not enough fat. I would say off the top of my head without seeing your body comp you would need around 3000 cals to gain mass. Im 265 and I dont eat much more than 4000 calories a day with close to a 40 40 20 split. Have you had a body comp done? If you have Pm me with it or post it and I can help you further.
 
To many carbs.If your not on gear I think you dont need that much protien per pnd of bodywieght either.More fat is needed for natural hormone production if your not on gear.Just eat your good fats.

protien 1.5 per pound bdw

300gms of protien ed is good thats what i use to maintian 220 naturally.
