My body weight right now is 208lbs
208lbs X 19 Calories per lbs of bodyweight= 3952calors to gain
Thats about 2.37g of protein per 1 lbs of B.W.
around 2g of carbs per 1 lbs of B.W.
Ratios look like this....
50% protein
40% carbs
10% fats
This would be 1976 calories a day from protein 1581 calories from carbs and 395 calories from fats.
This would also be 494g of protein daily with 395g of carbs and 44g of fats daily.
I would break my protein down to 247g daily being food and 247g daily being liquid (protein shakes)= 494g total daily.
Then of course I have it broken down to how much a meal with is 55g of protein per meal 44g of carbs and 5g of fats. Thats also 220 calories of protein per meal 176 calories coming from carbs and of course 44 calories from fats.
This is were I get stuck. I got the protein powders and teh maltodextrin 20 and cell-tech. For fats I'd be taking flaxseed oil and the EFA's and glutamine and Arginie. Maybe some OTC 1-test to get back into it. I really dunno what to take for vitamins. I remember one time I took to much vitamins and my kidneys started to hurt when I had to piss really bad. But that could of been from both the water intake (2 gallons daily) and me holding it.
I'll be eating 9 meals daily. about 4 big solid meals.

11am
1pm(lunch)
3pm(per workout)
5pm(post workout)
6pm(dinner)
8pm
10pm(bedtime)
