Same thing I generally eat most meals of the day. Protein source, Salmon, bison, beef, or chicken. And a carb source such as white rice, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, etc. No special workout shakes or anything else generally.

I eat greek yogurt, whey, strawberries, raisins, and cereal. Usually right after I finish my workout since I have class for the following 4-5 hours, and I get hungry if I don't have a chance to get something in before then.

Hey guys what do you like to eat after gym? Fish? Egg? Or only some fruit? If you want to gain muscle , you should eat more high protein foods and carbohydrate. Any other suggestions?

I go home and 'scramble' 2c eggwhites with some vegetables, add whole eggs if it's the offseason

While that's cooking I will eat oats...in the offseason, more oats and add peanut butter :)

As I am leaving the gym, I usually eat gummy bears and a 50g whey isolate shake. About an hour after, either chicken/fish/ground turkey with either sweet potatoes or brown rice and either broccoli or asparagus

I do targeted keto and eat low glycemic carbs with lean protien and low fat post workout. Has really made a drastic difference in my physique, but im also over 40 and not trying to be as big as I used ro be.

Rice, chicken and broccoli. As clean as possible.
Sometimes I use wholemeal pasta or sweet potatoes instead of rice.

shake, always just a shake, it's fast and easy, i'm not always hungry after the gym... liquid egg whites, scoop of vanilla whey, frozen fruit, scoop of glutamine and one of collagen...

I prefer a banana milkshake with supplement to recover energy. I think it is important to maintain an adequate diet and also to measure the time between meals.

A low GI protein bar usually tides me over for a few hours. Then I have a normal dinner (meat, vegetable, little starch) with the family.

I usually down a protein shake and a gatorade right after, then whatever chicken and rice combo I feel like making about an hour later!
Have you tried beer and hot wings? Heard that be good.

2scoops whey iso and 2cups cocoa krispies.
then about 2hours later 6oz chicken breast with sugar free ketchup and apple cinnamon rice cakes.
