What do you like to eat after gym

2 cups spanish rice. 12 oz ground beef. unreasonable amount of hot sauce

12oz cooked. I'll cook a 10# tube of beef at a time, rinse the extra fat off in a big ass colander, and use to for whatever that week. No spices when cooking, just add them when i'm ready to eat it for spaghetti or burritos or whatever

How many meals is that for you that’s like just a few for me. I’ll eat 5 oz of meat, usuallly venison or Buffalo 4 times a day easy.

Not really sure I’d call Wendy’s real food lol, soy and all that filler shit does anybody besides restaurants or us truly make a beef burger? Burger King isn’t even a beef spot any more am McDonald’s hasn’t been beef for decades.

I did prep with a guy in Memphis back in 2001 he was kinda a mentor, legit SHW, I got 3rd LW m, still natty though and only 9 months of legit lifting, so he saw my potential and he was Sherrif deputy and I a Marine anyway this fucker woukd force feed by putting tuna and Diet Coke in a blender and chugging it. I tried once and puked it up a few pulls in, this was back when we drank our shit out of the blender bc shaker cups didn’t exist so you could smelll whatever terrible thing you were drinking really intensely
