Ive been thinking about listening to something productive at the gym instead of music. Ive wasted alot of time listening to music over the countless hours at the gym anyone listen to anything good Business, languages, books, stocks podcasts anything productive.

Nothing really productive, but I listen to The Fighter & the Kid podcast when I'm doing cardio. Joe Rogan is good to if he has a good guest on there

I listen to this..

Old songs from:
As I lay dying
Parkway drive
Haste the day
From Autumn to ashes
Unearth
Lamb of God
Breakdown of sanity
Existence has Failed

I listen to this..

Thank you for inspiring me to listen to something different, I looked that channel up, but unfortunately for me, I don't understand the language. However, there are a few american versions I may try.

it changes, last year it was all the iron maiden albums from 1981-2005 or whatever

recently got into new wave retro 80's music. got some instrumental Metallica in there as well, dont like the words so much

if you live 80's sounds youll love this, this came out a week or so ago , theres some really good albums though of this kind of music

past month when doing cardio walks listened to a mike mentzer interviewor dorian yates podcast . in past have done alot of high energy stuff like uplifting trance or something

Christian rap, NF, Andy Mineo,116, the list goes on. I listen for the tempo of the beats to give me the agro edge I desire.

Try Tim Ferriss podcasts:

Podcast ? The Tim Ferriss Show | The Blog of Author Tim Ferriss

There are tons of different topics including health and body design. His books are great too. Guy has changed my life.

It's cheesy, but I do enjoy some TED talks.

Audio books too. Pick something you find interesting. I like biographies of people who did something remarkable, like Gandhi or Einstein.

Slipknot the last couple of weeks.

Usually when I do cardio or abs I'll listen to the MFCEO Project Podcast on ITunes.

If I don’t listen to music, I listen to podcast...usually elitefts, mark bell, or Stan efferding....sometimes jocko willinks

but usually meshuggah...

I don't listen to anything though back when I would sometimes I would put on some super sensual R&B and would lift heavy as fuck... Think Floetry "say yes" and some 1RM on the bench 😁😁😁

In my free time I listen to lectures on youtube put out by Yale and Columbia on the subject of the civil war and reconstruction. Professor David Blight at Yale and Eric Foner at Columbia..if you don't like that subject, Yale and MIT both have most of their complete courses in YouTube for free
