I'm the same about 5 little regular sugar packs and 3 or 4 little liquid creamer cups. That's how I like the taste of coffee so I'm not worried of the diet part.u only live once brother

I drank it black for over 20 years, but I've been drinking it with some Splenda and a coffee creamer: usually Coldstone Creamery version but (if you like coconut) Almond Joy tastes good too. I tried the Reece's chocolate variety and it was nasty. IMO chocolate and coffee don't mix!

LOL I said the same. I used to be OCD about how many extra calories I was adding to my coffee, so much that I wasn't enjoying it anymore and just getting my caffeine in. Now I just put whatever the hell I want in it (Splenda or Stevia, then modest amounts of whatever creamer I want), a pinch of salt and call it a day. I'd rather enjoy my diet a little more than worry about counting fifty extra calories.

Here is something that works very well in coffee. If it’s a bit bitter for your taste, put a shake or two of ground cinnamon in it. That will almost completely eliminate any bitter taste and you won’t really even taste the cinnamon. Unless you like cinnamon. If that’s the case, add another shake or two. Hope this helps. Enjoy.

If you put the cinnamon in the grinds the water will infuse cinnamon into the coffee. Way better than adding it to the cup after it’s brewed

Just to clarify, I don't put they whey in my coffee.....but I guess you could try it. I put the syrup in my whey shakes and sometimes in my coffee, but I haven't tried the whey shake in the coffee. I think I will try it tomorrow AM just to see if it tastes good.

Make sure you mix a little bit at first then add more coffee slowly while stirring. It will clump up if you do it to fast or all at once

Same. Unless op is worried about breaking a fast or drinking 20 cups a day I don’t see a need to worry about it. I drink lots of black coffee but also love hazelnut creamer and use it whenever I feel like it.

Strong black coffee doesn't need anything in. Drink it straight for a while, it might grow on you. I use a cafetiere and some decent quality ground coffee, those pod machines are overpriced IMO.

For an occasional treat, I spike mine with a little chocolate whey protein that's pre-mixed with a little water. It sweetens it and gives it a noticeable chocolate flavor.
