I wonder what guys in recovery programs think and say when their sobriety is questioned when the topic of gear comes up
This ^^^Why say anything?
Not every question deserves or requires an answer.
AZ is a cesspool for this kind of activity. I’m still under 30, and try to put myself in their shoes sometimesI have had people basically yell at me from across the gym and ask what I am taking. Where I am from loads of young kids between the ages of 16-18 take steroids because they see it on social media and then want to talk about it.
I am pretty sure the younger generation is all autistic or has Asperger’s as a side note.
But I just tell I am not their friend and don’t talk to me. Harsh but I don’t want to get involved with a minor using steroids. I should add they all do the science lifting stuff with super lights and avoid any barbell work or anything which causes to much fatigue

I don’t think most of them don’t mean it as a bad thing. But don’t realize that’s a personal question. That’s like going up to someone in the gym or on the street and asking are your gay or straightIn a time when TRT and TRT+ is such a widely accepted thing I don’t think anyone cares if someone is natural or not.
I think it would be more awkward if someone lied or pretended they weren’t in today’s time.
That said, it’s still nobody’s business IMO and not the question to ask. It’s also very different than “what do you take”. Very people actually want you to answer that question and if you do it will make them extremely uncomfortable. Lol
I made a home gym during corona and then i sold itahh all these little interactions I’m missing by training at home. What a shame
If its someone at work, I will tell them Im on TRT. Its much more believable than saying I dont use anything and TRT is legal. Its the best answer to give at work unless you employer is against TRT.It wholly dependent on where I am and who is asking me.
My response to someone who I have to work with and see daily will be different than some asshole in a bar who I will never see again.

The funny thing is normies think TRT will make them jackedIf its someone at work, I will tell them Im on TRT. Its much more believable than saying I dont use anything and TRT is legal. Its the best answer to give at work unless you employer is against TRT.
If it’s some asshole I have never met, I will ask them why they give a fuck. Then ignore them and/or tell them to fuck off.
Definitely. I remember a few years back I would see random young kids see someone who is jacked and be like : "Ah yea, he on TRT !!" and nods/agreement with all their friends. I felt like telling them they are ignorant. Now its a handy excuse. The funny thing is normies think TRT will make them jacked![]()
Yea AZ is basically ground zero for teenage steroid use. I think maybe it’s because people are very cognizant of their appearance. I mean the women out here get down up for the gym like they are going to the club.AZ is a cesspool for this kind of activity. I’m still under 30, and try to put myself in their shoes sometimes
But teenage me would never ask that question to anyone, especially not to an actual large adult. I just respected and tried to emulate them from afar.
Some of their reckless blabbering may get them hurt one day
Reply by asking them their bank account balances. Or how often they masturbate. When they reply “that’s personal!” you reply, “exactly.”I’ve noticed people are a lot more non-chalant to ask someone if they are natty or not than it was 10 years ago. Especially younger guys. I get asked this quite a bit in the Sauna or at bars.
I just straight up say no I take testosterone. I don’t elaborate further than that but have no problem saying I’m not natty at this point.
How so ? when i was in prison for steroids, they tried to put me in one of those get of drugs programs, so i was sitting there with pill heads, Meth addicts etc.. was so weird and even the counsler and the addicts where like "why are you here my guy ?"I wonder what guys in recovery programs think and say when their sobriety is questioned when the topic of gear comes up
